    How do I register with Te Atrium?

    In order to register with Te Atrium you have to enter your details in the registration page. You can access the registration page using the link ‘Register’ that is available on the top right part of every page.

    Enter your details in the registration page as follows and click on ‘Request Membership’.

    After you view the registration completion page, an e-mail consisting of your temporary password will be sent to the e-mail address that you have specified.

    You can log into Te Atrium’ site right away using this password.

    How do I change my profile information?

    You can add and change your contact details, email and password in ‘My Atrium’ section of the site.

    1. Sign in (if you haven’t already)

    2. Click ‘My Atrium’ link in the top right corner the header of every page on TeAtrium.net

    3. Click on the tab ‘My Settings’ to make changes to:

    · Update contact details

    · Change your email address

    4. Click on the tab ‘Change password’ to make changes to password.

    What if I forget my password?

    If you forget your password, click on the ‘Reset password’ link in the login pop-up as shown in the picture below.

    You will receive an e-mail with the link to reset your password. Please note that this link will be valid only once. On clicking the link you will be redirected to the following screen.

    You can type your new password and save the changes. You will receive an e-mail notification for ‘Password change’ along with the new password.

    How can I make a property search from the homepage?

    From the Property Search tab of the homepage you can make a basic property search by :

    1. Choosing the Buy or Rent section;

    2. Selecting the appropriate country; only countries where Te Atrium has already launched the service are listed*;

    3. Entering a more detailed location using an auto-complete functionality (see section below);

    4. Specifying the price range and currency; the system will display also properties listed in other currencies by converting your price at an indicative exchange rate.

    By clicking on ‘Find’ , the system will bring you to the property search result page. You can search in your preferred language (among the ones provided by the system) and the system will extend your search also among property listings that have been uploaded in other languages.

    How can I use the auto-complete functionality for property search?

    The auto-complete functionality is available in the location field of the Property Search homepage and also in the same field of all search results pages; it can help your search by suggesting a number of locations.

    The auto-complete is activated when you start typing and the system recognizes the location. We recommend you to insert names of Regions and/or Cities and Towns first and then, if you want to be more detailed, names of Districts (only for major cities) separated by commas.

    If you see your preferred location in the auto-complete list, select and click on the corresponding value with your mouse and keyboard. If you do not see it, maybe is because the spelling of the location is different or because there is no property corresponding to that location in our database. You can still run your search to verify if ther are corresponding properties.

    How can I refine a property search?

    You can refine your search by using more advanced search options, available in every search result page (after you have performed a first property search in the homepage):

    On this page you can select the price range by using a price slider which is connected with the price fields above it.

    Below the price slider the system contains a number of advanced filters that can help you search specific features of the property:

    Among these filters, ‘Keywords’ allows you to carry out a free text search; please remember to separate different words with either spaces or commas.

    You can click on any advanced filter like ‘Rooms’ or ‘Bedrooms’ etc... and choose a value from the options provided.

    The chosen filters will be listed next to ‘Applied filters’ as shown below. You can choose to remove a filter by clicking on the ‘X’ mark which appears when you hover the mouse over the filter. By clicking on “Find” you will perform a new search based on the selected filters.

    Please be aware that not all properties listed on the website contain all the detailed information that you can filter for; therefore we may not be able to return some records that correspond to your filters’ selection even if there could be properties in the website with those characteristics. We are working with all our partners to make sure that they can provide property information in the most detailed format (field by field).

    How can I search for properties that are listed in other languages only?

    If a property is not available in your chosen language, it might still be displayed in another (available) language. In addition in the enquiry section of the property page you can find the languages that the agent (or developer) speaks; please note that these information are available only to logged-in users.

    You can find out the languages that are currently provided by Te Atrium website, clicking on the ‘Change Language’ command of the header (next to the Te Atrium logo); we are planning to add more languages in the near future.

    How do I browse via map?

    You can directly access the map search by clicking on the compass symbol displayed in the home page (as shown below) or in any property search results page.

    On clicking this symbol, you will be redirected to a map view and be able to use either the zoom scale or the drag and drop functionality (on the left of the map).

    Properties matching your search criteria are marked with a red balloon as shown below.

    You can further filter your search using the advanced search filters and price slider.

    How can I create my list of favourite properties?

    Once you have found a property you want to save, perform the following actions:

    · Hover over the property image to visualize the ‘Tools’ dropdown.

    · Choose ‘Save to Favourites’ option from the ‘Tools’ dropdown. If you are not logged in, at this point you will be asked to register/login.

    · If you have not yet created a folder where you want to save the selected property, you can do so by entering the name of the folder in the ‘New Folder’ text box and then click on ‘Save’.

    If a favourite folder already exists, you can save the property to that folder directly, by selecting it.

    You can create many favourite folders.

    Alternatively you can also save a property to favourites directly from the property details page or from the compare view page (‘My Atrium -> My Compare List‘)

    Your chosen property is saved in your favourite folder instantly. You can view saved properties in a dedicated tab of ‘My Atrium’ section.

    How can I receive price alerts on properties I am interested in? (Property price watch)

    If you are interested in receiving price alerts via e-mail for a specific property you can do so by:

    1. Signing in (if you haven’t already)

    2. Performing a search and hovering over the property for which you want to set up the price alert.

    3. Click on the ‘Tools’ dropdown and select ‘Set up price watch’.

    The price watch on a property can be set up for either a price range or any change in price.

    You can identify the properties with price watch on, by the alarm clock symbol as shown below.

    You can choose to remove the price watch from a property by using the ‘Tools’ dropdown as shown below:

    Alternatively you can remove the price watch directly from the e-mail that you will receive: you will find a link at the bottom of the e-mail; clicking on that link your watch will be automatically deleted.

    You can also set up a price watch from the property details page or from the compare view page, as shown below.

    How can I compare properties and download them for offline comparison?

    In order to add properties to your compare list, you can perform the following steps:

    · Sign in (if you haven’t already)

    · Perform your search and refine your criteria as desired.

    · Hover over the property you want to compare so that a compare check box will appear. After you check the checkbox, the property will be available in your Compare list section.

    Alternatively you can also add a property to compare list directly from the property details page (as per below).

    Please Note: You can compare a maximum of 10 properties at a time. If you reach the maximum, you will need to deselect one or more properties in order to select others.

    You can view all the properties added to your compare list in ‘My Atrium > My Compare List’.

    You can add or remove the parameters used for comparison using the menu shown in the bottom-left corner of the picture below. To add a parameter, select it from the drop-down menu which contains all hidden fields and drag and drop it in the menu area.

    You can compare and contrast the maps of the selected properties by clicking on the ‘Show maps’ button.

    You can remove properties from this list by de-selecting a checked checkbox.

    This functionality allows you to perform also the following actions:

    · Mark properties for enquiry and then send multiple standard enquiries using the ‘Multiple Enquiry’ button.

    · Download the information related to the selected properties in an excel file for offline comparison.

    How can I save the properties I have searched and set up an alert?

    If you would like to save a search or set up an alert to know when new properties meet the search criteria then you can do the following:

    · Sign in (if you haven’t already)

    · Perform a search and refine your criteria as desired.

    · Click on ‘Save Search’ button to save a search (as shown below).

    Once you have clicked on the Save a Search button you will be first asked to name your search:

    If you would like to receive email notifications when new properties meeting your search criteria are added to the site, leave the ‘Sign up for email notification’ box flagged and select the frequency with which you would like to receive notifications, once a day or once a week.

    If instead you do not wish to receive email notifications when new properties are added to the site which meet your criteria then uncheck the ‘Sign up for email notification’ box.

    Then click ‘Save’.

    Please note that this feature is for registered users only.

    If you have not yet registered and signed in you will see a notification at the top of the screen, asking if you would like to save the search and setup email notifications for this search. Follow the instructions on screen and you will register and then save the search.

    How can I edit or remove my saved search or property alerts on saved searches?

    You can revisit your saved searches at any time by clicking on ‘MyAtrium’ in the top right of the page and selecting the ‘Saved Searches’ tab. Here you can edit or delete your search, or even make a copy to then make changes to your criteria. You can also edit or delete the email alerts for new properties.

    Alternatively you can remove an alert directly from the notification e-mail that you will receive: you will find a link at the bottom of the e-mail; clicking on that link your saved search will be automatically deleted.

    Why should I access Te Atrium’s property scouting service and how can I?

    Qualified, personal and confidential, our Property Scouting Service has helped many clients, including a number of well-known individuals, find the properties of their dreams.

    In some markets, for privacy or security reasons, not all luxury properties are visible online.

    Some of these off-market proposals are managed by estate agents while others are looked after by various professionals or managed directly by private individuals.

    Aside from displaying some of the most exclusive properties on the market, Te Atrium has an unparalleled network of contacts in all of our active areas. For this reason our Property Scouting service can inform you about any property listed on the market (even if not being displayed on our portal) that corresponds to your search criteria and also inform you about numerous properties sold or rented by private transaction, thus saving you time and providing you with invaluable information for your search.

    To use this service just send us a message via the ‘Contact Us’ page or info@teatrium.net with your contact details and a member of our Property Scouting Team will contact you to review the necessary details.

    Alternatively you can request the help of our scouting team while saving a search. In order to do so you must make a search entering the desired location and property features. On the search results page (even if no results are presented) click on the Save Search button on the right side.

    Here you can name your search and then, by selecting ‘Request the help of the Te Atrium Property Scouting Team’ a text box will appear where you can enter other special requests you may have.

    By clicking on the ‘Save’ button your request is sent to our team who will contact you to confirm your specific requirements and then start the search.

    Please consider that the more information we have, the greater the chance of finding luxury properties which correspond to your request. As we carry out the search, we will bring to your attention all the best properties that match your requirements.

    How do I request information about a property over the phone?

    If you would like to request information about a property over the phone, please do the following:

    1. Perform a search and click on the property from the search results page, for which you want to enquire by phone.

    2. You can see the ‘Enquire by phone’ link in the property details page. Clicking on this link you will be able to visualize the phone number you have to call to make an enquiry.

    The website displays the phone number of the agent / seller to both logged in and non logged in users.

    How do I request information about a property via message?

    If you would like to request more information about a property via message please do the following:

    1. Sign in (If you haven’t already).

    2. Perform a search and then from the search results page, click on the property for which you want enquire by message.

    3. From the property details page by clicking on the ‘Enquire by Message’ link you can open a text editor, where to enter your message

    4. After typing the message, clicking on ‘Send’ the agent or developer will immediately receive both an email and a system message with the content of your enquiry.

    How can I search for Designers / Architects?

    If you are interested in searching for designers / architects, choose the ‘Designer Catalogue’ tab from the main set of tabs.

    You can enter the necessary search criteria (see the image shown below) and then click on the ‘Search’ button. A list of selected designers or architects meeting the search criteria will be displayed.

    How can I contact a designer?

    If you want to contact a designer you can find the designer’s contact details in his/her profile page (as shown in the page below).

    What is the Life & Style section about?

    In the Life & Style section you can search for area guides and property guides relating to the cities and regions that you are interested in to find further information about the history, amenities and interesting locations nearby.

    Here you can also see a map marking all of the schools and the best restaurants to be found near the locations where Te Atrium features properties.

    How can I list my properties for sale / rent?

    If you have not found an agent who can list your properties on the website you can contact us with your request. In order to list a property on the website we do require standard information on your identity and the property deeds. Once we have authorized your listing you can upload and edit it by clicking on the ‘My Listings’ tab on the right side of you ‘My Atrium’ section.

    How do I report a problem or contact Te Atrium?

    You can report a problem using the link ‘Report a problem’ displayed in every property description page.

    Please note that this feature is available for registered users only.

    Alternatively for generic enquiries and / or problems, you can contact Te Atrium using the ‘Contact Us’ link in the footer and fill the related form where you can specify the reason for enquiring.

    How can I set my language preferences?

    You can choose the language version of Te Atrium site using the ‘Choose Language’ drop-down.

    When you choose a language, the site remembers your selection and displays the site in the same language when you log-in the next time. You can choose to change the language at any time and the latest chosen language will be set as the preferred language.

    If you are a registered user and have set your ‘Preferred Language’ in ‘My Atrium-> My Settings’ (as shown below), this language will be used by the system as default language every time you log in.
