Our client, an award-winning architecture and interior design firm that provides design services to both public and private clients. They are seeking a Administrative Assistant to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22 – $24/hr

Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant’s primary duty is to manage the front desk, and provide clerical support for department personnel as delegated by the Office Manager and firm management. The Administrative Assistant supports Project Managers by preparing requested correspondence and documents.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Answering all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Greeting guests and visitors
  • Receiving and distributing al incoming mail and packages
  • Maintaining the appearance of the lobby, package room, and main conference rooms
  • Ensuring all project documents are filed appropriately
  • Assisting in general office and other clerical duties as required
  • Submitting work request to the building management as needed

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

  • 3 years of experience in the administrative profession
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5:30pm

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED is required
