Atrium Staffing is partnering with an award-winning architecture and interior design firm that provides design services to both public and private clients. They are currently looking to add a Front Desk Receptionist to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22/hr – $24/hr

Position Overview:

The Front Desk Receptionist will manage the front office duties and provide administrative and clerical support for department personnel

Responsibilities of the Front Desk Receptionist:

  • Answering all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Greeting all guests and visitors
  • Receiving and distributing all incoming mail and packages
  • Maintaining the appearance of the lobby, package room, and main conference rooms
  • Ensuring all project documents are filed appropriately
  • Confirming all correspondence meets established firm and project standards
  • Assisting in general office and other clerical duties as required
  • Scheduling courier, overnight, and reprographics pick-ups and deliveries
  • Assisting with monthly Staff Meeting preparation, set-up and clean-up
  • Submitting work requests to building management as needed
  • Special projects as assigned by the Office Manager

Qualifications for the Front Desk Receptionist:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in the administrative profession
  • Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook are required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and carry on several tasks concurrently

Education Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
